Excellent experience great price! We will definitely be booking again. We booked through Expedia. I had read reviews saying if you book through a third party you are placed in a location that is not in the main resort. Well, that was not true for us! We were not only placed in the main resort (2nd floor) but we had the river rushing behind our room. The room has everything you need just be sure to pack your favorite spices if you plan to cook. Our room was quiet and the directions/signs in the parking structure navigated us to the best parking area. I had also read that because it is a vacation resort there would be pressured sales. Again, we did not have that experience at all. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The property was lovely and the trees were in bloom. The resort could definitely use some updates but we didn't pay for the Ritz. The most important part they have covered... the room was very clean, we had everything we needed, we slept well and the staff was super friendly! We have stayed in several places in the area, from high mountain cabins to cheap motels. We definitely liked the location and accommodations of this place, can't wait to return!

Property location was great, room was clean and very spacious, only cons were the tvs were a bit dated but that wasn’t a major issue and the parking was very cramped. If you have a bigger vehicle be mindful that the spots are very compact

This property was deceiving from the start. No where in the description were we told this is a timeshare property and we would be solicited. Or that our room wouldn't be in the main facility with all the amenities. Our room was in a rundown building with a view of a new hotel parking lot. The elevator sounds as though it is on the brink of death and the walls are so thin we heard normal conversations from the parking lot. The room wasn't bad. It is very small but offered everything we needed. The kitchen area dors have a range hood that sticks out at just the height that we both ended up with bumps on the head. The hvac unit works but it is so loud we turned it off to sleep. The free parking is nice but the hill is pretty steep to town. Coming back each evening will definately burn off the ice cream. Overall, we had a good time but will not stay here again. Too many choices to be so unimpressed.

It was confusing checking in but the staff was super friendly. The facility…. DISGUSTING. Not as pictured what so ever. Our sink wouldn’t drain, hair in the shower, residue on the walls, elevators trashed, even the garden had trash all in it.

The place is under construction which is fine, but the check in office is a block north away from the rooms. Because of that and with our oversized van with 5 kids, we had to walk to the check in office. The room was infested with stink bugs, and had men’s soiled underwear in the nightstand. We had a room with a busted entry door lock which locked us out, but maintenance did fix this on the spot. It should have been fixed before we arrived. We were offered to attend a timeshare meeting, but after the first day of getting locked out and dealing with bugs, I’m not sure I would ever buy a timeshare with a group like this.

Though a little dated, the unit was clean, well stocked with everything that we needed for an 4 day stay, and spacious. Plenty of fluffy pillows and the bed was very comfortable. The elevators could use a good cleaning but other than that our stay was great. Resort was situated close to the #8 light(near Sky Park), so walking to the strip is a short walk. This will definitely be my go to accommodation when returning to Gatlinburg.

Really disappointed in this last stay. We were put into a different building than i expected. The staff didn't have a lot of information, and then they tried to sell me on a time share. Theu seemed to care more about selling us on a timeshare than helping us with our room.

You get what you see. Pictures are very accurate. Room was well furnished and clean. Parking isn’t the best but the stay was everything we wanted it to be and they’re rebuilding so it’s not going to get better. A quality stay for sure

Never got the WIFI password. We stayed 3 nights. The fireplace did not work and if it did the door was falling apart on it so it couldn’t have been used anyways. Small refrigerator barely keeps anything cold and the extra towels under the sink were soaking wet. The elevator is slow as can be and soooo nasty. And please be careful with children with the scalding HOT water in shower and sink. This was a one and done for us.

The GTS two rooms apartment was excellent.Very spacious and clean. The property is within walking distance to the strip and all the attractions.

The bed uncomfortable and has dust mites I had many bites on my legs and neck. and bed room was old dirty and ugly

Parking lot was a little chaotic & tightly squeezed. If you had a SUV or van, was hard to park/be able to get out of the vehicle. The property could definitely use some updates but our room was spacious, clean, comfortable, and had almost all the amenities we needed to cook for the week. The frying pans could definitely use an update, def bring your own if you’re trying to cook breakfast in the morning. The towel exchange was a godsend for our large family. We were walking distance to downtown shops and restaurants. Trolley stop close by. The kids loved the giant checker board, and the basketball courts. The pool was open but the water was freezing/the quality of the water was dirty.. the kids didn’t mind the dirty pool and of course my husband took them.. but as a mom, I was definitely not happy about it. The elevators were far from our room which was a challenge with multiple young kids, it was like herding cattle to get us to the elevators that went to the garage. The water took a long time to warm up since we were the furthest from it. Maintenance was super fast and attentive- we had a missing remote- they brought one up right away, and we had an issue with our garbage disposal, they took care of it right away! Big bonus: The staff here is amazing, super friendly, and kind. Front desk even helped to get us in to our room an hour early when I desperately needed a shower after 3 hrs of hiking! The price can’t be beat either! Would stay again for sure!

Parking fine. Location great! Hotel was safe and clean. The pool area was dark, needs better lighting, more towels.
