"We enjoyed our stay here and would book here again for any future trips to Gatlinburg. The hotel was very nice and the staff was very friendly. Our bed in our room was comfortable, everything was clean and modern, and the hotel is in a perfect location to be able to walk into town. My only complaint would be that there is not a coffee maker in the room. There is a Starbucks right inside the lobby which is nice, but not free. We got a room with a balcony and glad we did! The views were amazing and it was nice to sit out there in the morning and evenings when we were in our room. Overall, great experience and highly recommend!!"

"Room was clean and ready upon arrival. Kind and courteous staff. Breakfast was hot and plentiful, staff was on top of refilling. Pool area was clean and well stocked with towels."

"The rooms were nice and big and the bathrooms were also very large. The shower was amazing. The only thing I have negative to say is not about the property but just one single staff member, I don’t even know his name but he was a night manager and also did the valet at night. He overstepped his role off the property and then questioned members of our group over an incident that took place off the property which he should not have even been involved in at all. It was not even a big deal but he felt the need to take his manager role to the streets which was really weird. We were at the restaurant Chesapeake which is off the property and he walked all the way over there to the street by the entrance of the restaurant to put his two sense in about safety concerns. We are adults and didn’t need him telling any one what we needed to be doing for our safety, but it’s more the fact that he was questioning other people that was there once we got back to the hotel to try and get names as if it even mattered who was who."

"Carry water or you will have to buy it. The tram service starts access the street very convenient if you Plann on using the sky lift get your tickets 3 days before for a 5$ discount. Beautiful vista from the top but you could see it from any of the trails on the way up. We had a good time walking in the market. I would go again but only in the cooler months."

"April and Aubrey were so very helpful getting us hooked up with information, a coffee filter and parking pass to hike the next day. Get a room by the brook and sit out on the balcony to hear the water. Best nights sleep I had all week during our travels."
