"Was looking for a place to stop for the night while traveling with my cats. I was so happy with my choice to stay at Red Roof Inn. The room was extremely clean and I was happy to be able to park right in front of my room. I liked that the hotel was close to I95 and I felt safe with how it was located back off the main road. The bed was really comfortable and the refrigerator was a good size to store my perishables. Cats and I had a good night."

"The first day in the room, we noticed the toilet didn’t flush properly. You had to flush multiple times for the tissue to go down. The second day, toilet overflowed causing the whole room to flood. We (3 of us) had to quickly grab our thing and exit the room. We were then placed in an handicap accessible room. The bed in that room was literally 6-8 inches from the floor. "I reserved a suite with a bed and a sofa bed because my fellow traveler and I needed separate beds. After we arrived, the only available room was with one bed. No sofa bed. My companion had to reserve a room in another hotel at the last minute. I called the Hilton Garden Inn a few days later, and I was told that the suite I had reserved was being renovated. If I had known that, I never would have reserved the suite. I did get about $65 back. It's not that I didn't like the hotel; it was clean...
