"When I arrived, the desk clerk advised that the water was off. They told me it would be on within 30 minutes. About an hour later the water did come on and it was brown and rusty. I needed to take a shower so ran the water for a while until the rust cleared up. Once it cleared up, I got in and after a few minutes, was very unhappy to run out of hot water! "The location was convenient; however, there was hair on the sheets and comforter, the floor was filthy, and dogs were not allowed to be walked on the grass... not quite pet friendly."

"The staff was exceptional. Cleaning lady helped me get into my room since front desk was too busy: took 20 minutes to get into the room. The room was full of bugs, floor in bathroom was disgusting, dirty, the shower did not work correctly. Beds were super soft and hurt my back. Breakfast was good and staff was attentive. We checked the mattresses and found horrific stains and black mold all over the mattresses the cleanliness of this place was very disgusting i will never be booking this place every again."
