"Probably my most unusual stay at a hotel. Check-in was smooth overall. However, when I walked into the room it felt damp and smelled strongly of cleaning chemicals. I had to prop the windows open and get the fan on and it only helped the smell slightly. My biggest mistake was walking down the hallway in flip-flops and no socks (this is important). "We stayed one night at this property after attending a concert in Maryland and called ahead to arrange a late check-in. The gentleman who checked us in was incredibly kind and helpful, which we truly appreciated after such a long evening. The room was clean, comfortable, and we slept great. At checkout, we were pleasantly surprised with a to-go bag that included water and a bagel for the road. Overall, this was a great place to stay!"

"When I arrived, the desk clerk advised that the water was off. They told me it would be on within 30 minutes. About an hour later the water did come on and it was brown and rusty. I needed to take a shower so ran the water for a while until the rust cleared up. Once it cleared up, I got in and after a few minutes, was very unhappy to run out of hot water!
