When I entered my room those stations were able to be seen. I left for dinner and when I returned, I was unable to view those stations, ie, HGTV. I called the desk and those services were restored. "We love this hotel chain because of the room size and design. The kitchen is a wonderful benefit! Coffee in a real china mug is a treat and an actual fridge to keep our beverages in was a real plus. The room clean and large enough to feel like we weren't crammed in a hotel room. We didn't use the pool, but we really enjoyed the healthy breakfast options on the breakfast bar. The staff was cheerful and helped me transfer my points to my Honors programs. A good experience all around."

"I just needed a place to sleep for a few hours so it did the job the room was decent. There were cobwebs in the ceiling. The air-conditioning was great."

"The hotel was nice and the staff was helpful. There was a communication mix up with the night staff and morning staff. We needed to switch rooms and it was not recognized and communicated. We had to pay for an additional room for one night. It was not an expense had planned for. The hotel is older but reasonably clean and maintained. The location is good with stores and restaurants in a few miles walkable if you’re moderately healthy."
