"Couldn’t get in the room, the room card was not working, we had to go down twice to the front desk for them too reregister the card key and finally the person at the desk came to see what was the problem to realize the card readers needed a new battery! After a long trip it was very upsetting, we waited 40 mn to be able to go in our room."
"Our 5 night stay at Eurostar Laietana was excellent. The place was very clean which we liked and the beds were comfy. The location of the hotel was perfect. The staff were very helpful they would go out of their way to make sure our stay was comfortable.
We had a road facing room and it would get noisy at times.
We did have a problem the first night with a leaky roof in the bathroom but we were given a different room straight away.
The breakfast is good but it’s same menu everyday.
