I particularly appreciated that when I told them my father was coming in a few days, they arranged for him to be on the same floor. And they provided him with assistance during the stay. "We stayed for one night and had two rooms. The experience was great. The rooms were very spacious well appointed, comfortable, clean, and quiet. The hotel service was exemplary and facilities excellent all around. We also used their lobby cafe for an afternoon tea, which was quite nice. Hotel location is in a calmer part of Bangkok yet is close to major attractions. Highly recommended."
