"Good location nearby to place of attraction. Breakfast was great and my children like it. Though the room rate is expensive for a 3 star hotel but will come back in future."

"The hotel is a beautiful property but our room was not cleaned properly - crumbs were left by previous guests and were still there when we left after 2 nights (with maid services during our stay!). The temperature control for the shower also did not work well. The gym was small but clean. Breakfast buffer was a bit disappointing in terms of variety and quality."

"He is indeed a very nice boutique hotel overall with a couple of minor issues, the room we checked in, seems to have an underlined toilet that smells quite badly, but it was resolved it with the app for front desk to exchange for a very good room, and I do wish there is an available in room safe box to keep some of my personal valuable items. Why I’m away from the room even the front desk offers help to store in the office, but it’s not convenient at all. Overall, I still highly recommend this...

"It's in the most convenient location, with many dinning and shopping options. Food is excellent at the club lounge, great breakfast buffet spread in the lobby and delicious snacks at the Jazz Bar. Excellent and knowledgeable, English speaking service staff all around. Special shout to Max and Melody at the club lounge for making our stay at Fairmont Peace Hotel an exceptional one!"

"Excellent location for the Bund, for the tourist with only a couple of days this places you in the center of it all. The property provides the essentials for a comfortable stay and security, good breakfast. The lobby bar is not really a bar that I prefer for a proper cocktail or beer/wine. I found for my couples day in the area, I wanted to get off the street and crowds for a drink and seat back and relax but generally I didn't find that in the area. "

"Quiet but close to attractions. The free shuttle within 2 km was extremely helpful. All the staffs were extremely eager to help in anyway. The pool, workout room spa are all excellent. Room was well appointed and the views are amazing. Mr. Chen at the front desk was very knowledgeable and friendly during the check-in process in addition to every time seeing him. Luigi was very friendly during the checkout process. Thank you to everyone at the Mandarin Oriental. Looking forward to visiting again...
