"Best hotel in NYC! Fantastic location in Times Square, exceptionally clean, convenient parking, and free breakfast. I would absolutely stay here again. Extremely clean The hotel and our room were spotless. Easily a 10/10 for cleanliness. Pet-free property This was a huge plus since my wife has allergies, and we appreciated that no pets are allowed. "We had a great stay! The hotel was small, clean, and comfortable. The location was excellent and made it easy to walk or take the subway to all the major attractions we wanted to visit. The staff was friendly, and everything went smoothly during our stay. We would definitely stay here again on our next trip to New York!"

"The 6th floor private patio was the highlight for us. Hotel guests can go there anytime and bring outside guests to have a drink and relax. We love the Bryant park area and so the location was also perfect for us. Room was nice with separate sitting area. Also very convenience was filtered water with bottles available on each floor."

"Everything about the stay was wonderful — the upscale amenities, the room, and the excellent customer service. I do need to share one concern: a dinner charge for another guest was mistakenly billed to my room number. It seems the staff should verify guests more carefully when using room numbers. I didn’t notice the error until I reviewed the printed receipt at home. They are currently investigating, but the refund process has been taking longer than expected."

"Pros: Great location and a very friendly and helpful staff. Cons: The public spaces downstairs are public, noisy and always full of people. Sometimes it was even difficult to reach the room because of the crowd at the hotel's main entrance."
