"Despite its name, this place was anything but grand. It feels jaded and shabby, and was overpriced for what it is."

We were in room 6 which was advertised as lacking natural light, this was fine, but the decor was so dark and such a dull lightbulb, it made the room feel so dingy. "Stayed one night for a special occasion. Arrived to an empty reception and waited to be let in by the staff who says he's living there. Room was tired and needed a deep clean — springy noisy bed, dust, cobwebs and spiders. Worst part: a huge dog barking and running around directly above us all night and from 7am, which cost us our sleep and our breakfast.
