"Convenient to the Convention Center and the historic area. We asked for a quiet room and we were told it was a quiet room AND an upgrade. We inspected the room and it was on the traffic side and noisy! So we had to change rooms. The room was a downgrade but at least it was quiet. Small fridge helped. The amenities were replenished sporadically. No “Do not disturb” signs. Furniture was a little frayed and dirty. The cafe looked so nice but the food was bad. We subsisted on a grab and go...

"The room was comfortable and the shower was great. No breakfast option available, but there is a great spot just a few steps away. Room service was quick and very good. There is a speaker in the bathroom to listen to what is on the TV. Only issue is if there is an event with the rooftop bar, you can hear the music if you are on the 5th floor. The music stoped by midnight. "

"We stay at Hotel Providence every chance we get when we see a show at the PPAC (this time we saw the amazing “Lion King”) . . . and—as always—we had a wonderful experience. The room was immaculate, the front desk folks were so pleasant, and the location of this property is minutes away from the theatre. Thanks for another great visit!"

"I was thrilled that they were able to take dogs.. which was fantastic but it was a $75 a night charge. They put us on the third floor facing the parking garage where parties happen at night and the street below was so incredibly noisy and echoed up into our room all night until about three or 4 AM and then around 5 AM. We had somebody that might have some psychiatric issues screaming at the top of their lungs to wake the blank up while banging on a street sign for about a half hour… so we had a...

"This hotel is nice and clean. They were very helpful whenever we needed something. The room didn't have a microwave, but they provided one the moment I asked. All staff members were nice and polite."

"Check-in was a bit of a problem as someone was unexpectedly in my room, maybe didn't check out when they were supposed to be I t room appeared to be booked to me in system. Some noise I. The evening from guests on the floor. Should be quiet rules after midnight or 1am. Otherwise, clean and comfortable and housekeeping excellent"

"Highly recommend the Loft as it was a beautiful space. The Heddle room has a glass window in the door to the bathroom. Technically you could shower in privacy but I would rather a solid door. Staff handled an issue with our original room well. They were immediately available when I called and provided both a short term (moving rooms for the night) and long term solution (fixing the issue) plan within ten minutes. Heddle room is a good option if you need a place to sleep and will be otherwise...

"Unfortunately we did not have a good experience here. The staff was helpful and did refund our money but it was late at night when we arrived so it was unfortunate we had to go look for another location. The room had a dingy musty smell, the chair and couch were dirty with stains. The bed had only sheets. The entrance looks good and staff is helpful. Maybe we just got a bad room."

"We booked to be able to bring the kids to the pool and their pool was closed, no where on the booking site or website says their pool wasn’t in service. The room we stood in did not have working a/c. The shower was clogged and kept filling up. Horrible experience will not recommend."
