Many people note the small rooms - but as expected in a historic building, it is indeed on the smaller side- but charming and cozy which I believe is part of the adventure when traveling Europe. "Very clean and quaint small historic hotel. Location is perfect and very easy access, we could put our luggage there after check out. Staff was wonderful and breakfast was delicious. Just be ware that stairs to rooms are steep and sound carries from the rooms when walking and closing doors - there are earplugs in room for use. I would definitely stay here again - so cozy and nice."
