"This is a very sweet place, nicely decorated (felt European), with a very kind staff and super clean. It’s also very quiet… I usually sleep with earplugs, even at home, but didn’t need them here! Breakfast was great, fresh fruit, yogurt, cheese, toast, and eggs cooked fresh to order. The only kind of strange thing is that you have to ring a bell to get into the hotel. Hotel was very accommodating and arranged for transportation from airport and on to our next destination in Mindo. Breakfast was cooked to order, plentiful and delicious. "The property feels safer than any I’ve been it. The interior design is upbeat and unlike your average hotel. Great bedding, great tree top view allowed us to be entertained by mourning doves and hummingbirds. The breakfast was average for this area: eggs, fruit, fruit juice with or without sugar. In house roasted coffee. The manager and staff were efficient and friendly. We particularly liked Fernanda, the woman who served us breakfast on day one off three."

The sauna and steam room are pretty neat, but it would be great if there would be some kind of warm relaxing room within the sauna area. The breakfast was pretty good too!
