"The room was nice and clean. Minimal interaction with the staff, but of who I encountered, they were nice. Coffee and wine hour in the lobby are always nice. A chance to interact with other hotel guest. A real downside to the hotel, was the restaurant, which was one of the few amenities and a party of the reason we selected the hotel. "Decent price for the stay. Centrally located. The water takes FOREVER to get hot, but does eventually get hot. Our room keys stopped working on day two of our stay?? So we went down to the front desk and the gentleman working the desk said nothing?? And just fixed them and handed them back? So thanks for fixing them but some sort of explanation wouldve been nice or assurance this wouldnt happen again since desk hours arent 24 hours and BOTH room keys were disabled? "The staff were excellent!! We were there for a basketball tournament and they were very patient with all the kids in and out the hotel. The bar options are great. Only downside I would have is that the rooms didn’t have microwaves inside and the restaurant didn’t have many kid friendly items."
