Hotel dekat Gedung Opera Rochester

"Neat and tidy rooms. The staff members were friendly and helpful. The continental breakfast was perfect. Coffee, tea, juice. Bagels, muffins, cereal. The dining room was always busy. Clean bathrooms. Lots of towels. Sidewalks were great for a leisurely morning stroll."

"Loved our stay here. We came up to for a Halloween weekend in New England and were pleasantly surprised with a greatly decorated hotel. It added so much fun to the stay, the room was also very clean and comfortable, and the morning breakfast was a great perk! Would definitely recommend this hotel as the staff/rooms were accommodating and it is easily accessible to points in New England!"

"The bathroom floor was dirty, the tub was not clean, the sofa bed had food crumbs on and under the mattress. For $300.00 a night in late October, I would expect better."

"The pool is closed and I wasn't notified. Was planning on using pool and Jacuzzi which is why I chose Holiday Inn. Should of received a discount of some sort."

"Future customers, please note that there are NO rollaway beds for 2 Queens Beds room due to fire department restrictions. The description is wrong."

"We would definitely come back."

"Well designed and maintained property. We enjoyed the little touches like the automatic nightlights and heater in bathroom. Wish we could have spent more time here but we attended the Deerfield fair. Highly recommended. "
