"La publicidad de hotel es engañosa porque no es un hotel boutique y es un hotel Máximo de dos estrellas ya que los servicios son pésimos, toallas viejas y rotas, faltan cobijas para las camas, el baño no tenia ni si quiera manijas, la caja fuerte no serví, pedí comida y cuando baje e de la recepción dormía, la ubicación es pésima ya que está enfrente de una avenida donde hay mucho ruido eso sin mencionar que a un lado del edificio que es muy viejo por cierto están construyendo por lo que es...

"El staff del personal fue muy amable. Tuvimos una situación con el acceso la última noche, pero Jenny y la persona vía WhatsApp fueron muy amables y nos apoyaron. El hotel está en una zona muy bien ubicada, cerca de muchos lugares y del transporte colectivo. Sin embargo es una calle muy sola de noche. El cuarto estaba limpio, la cama y los blancos increíbles. Lo único que creo que les hace falta es más espacio para poder poner maleta o un pequeño escritorio."

"Beautiful boutique hotel in the heart of Palermo! This was perfect for us to start our BA vacation. Leandro and Pablo were so helpful with everything including local recommendations. The decor was beautiful, the breakfast buffet is huge and lovely. We spent and afternoon ready with a glass of wine in the library. The rooms are wonderful. The best part...the shower.
