" Clean room "

"Not a good hotel for elderly. Our room was tiny and did not have an exterior window. You have a step up to the bathroom and a huge climb getting into the tub to take a shower. Breakfast spread was large but always the same and everything was cold. Was convenient to train station and had a convenience store close. Not a lot of local restaurants but train station had many food choices, Would not stay here again."

"Our room was good in size compare to other Japan hotels. Breakfast was great especially the Japanese breakfast. As always staff very friendly and plenty of shops and restaurants around. Very close to Tenjin station "

"The staff outside of the hotel and the parking staff are not helpful , not helping to move the luggage to the car for two old ladies until we ask for help. The hotel location is good , the room size is ok but the toilet has strong smell. It has own parking charge 12000 per night. The reception staff was nice and helpful ."
