"Really liked the hotel decor, quiet area, really easy to walk to main streets or a station to get you where you need to be. Pleasant just to explore the area. Rooms were clean, tidy and just what we needed for family of four. Laundry was offered, but fairly busy and needed to do laundry at odd times. Would recommend to anyone."

"The room was lovely and large, with wrap-around windows and a great view of Tokyo Tower. There was a separate room with shower, bath and sink, and a "throne room" with an incredible sci-fi toilet that opened and closed when it sensed you coming in or leaving the bathroom. Since we booked through Expedia, we were told we could enjoy a free drink in the bar, but were disappointed that the only drinks offered with the Expedia coupon were wine, beer and soft drinks."

"Rude staff. Manager wouldn’t extend check out time even an extra hour to accommodate our late flight out of Tokyo. Bar staff took 20 minutes to take a drink order. Not sure how this hotel got a five star rating, more like 3 star."

"Nice hotel in the centre of Ginza with many stores and restaurants around the area. Close to the metro stations too. Our rooms were cleaned every day and given 2 bottles of water (at each of our rooms). Would definitely reccomend if you have the budget for it. "

"Absolutely amazing staff, it’s clean, they offer complementary ginger ale, and coffee in their lobby area as well as snacks. Clean I love the apartment feel of the rooms. It was so comfortable and we had five in one room. Everyone was comfortable and had their own space. And it was right around the corner from a 7-Eleven and a great curry restaurant. "
