Rydges Geelong
Basic comfortable room, however no cutlery for eating delivered/takeout meals. Facility clean and inviting. Unfortunately walls are thin and the neighboring room had very noisy guests, who laughed and spoke loudly all night and early the next morning, making it hard to get a good night rest.

Staff was unhelpful during check-in. Did not mention many things - i did not know that breakfast was provided and she was in a rush to get rid of me. No toothpaste or toiletries or microwave. Walls are thin, I could hear my neighbours clearly. Reception is a drive away from room which is not helpful. ...

Staff were lovely & offered early check in when I arrived to drop a bag off in the morning. Room was fine but heater wasn’t working so they gave me a small fan heater.
