"I checked in on 4/26/26 ( Saturday ) my room was never cleaned until 5/2/26 ( Sunday) as I questioned the front desk why on 5/1 /26. I was told the “ apartment” is scheduled to be cleaned twice a week on Tuesday and Friday . First I was told 5/1 was public holiday, cleaning service was off. But I was cleaning lady was cleaning the room cross hallway from me and another leaning lady was cleaning a room in another section of the hallway. Another thing when I came back on 5/1 evening, my room light were on which I turned off when I left in the morning."

Very helpful staff and a pleasant two day stay, slept in on the first night, tired after a long drive. Had a concert to go to in Hamburg so staye the second night and drove up to Copenhagen the following day! Perfect…"
