"Overall, the motel is poorly maintained (broken lamp shades, peeling paint, buckling flooring, back door "emergency" exits propped open, etc. Thankfully, the room was clean and I was able to get some much needed sleep. However, I will not be booking a room here again."

"The rooms were very nice but the bed was a bit hard for us. Half the elevators were not working so there was always a long wait with a crowded elevator and we were on the 27th floor. The restaurants were average but very expensive with not so great service. We had to change rooms due to the A/C not working but they gladly moved us. "We were very happy with our stay here. The room looked brand new and was probably the cleanest hotel I've stayed in that wasn't $300/night. I really appreciated the easy river access and the refrigerator w/ a little freezer. Beds were clean, the room did not ever feel humid and uncomfortable.
The only thing that would have improved our stay would be a grill - there was not a grill available for use."

"My new favorite Denver hotel. The staff is amazing, the coffee bar, bar, and Delicious restaurant. We're all wonderful. I was even able to catch a jazz band out on the patio. A really nice touch to have when you're traveling. The rooms are clean and designed with thought. The beds and bedding are very comfortable. Despite being located on a Major Street it's very quiet. I'm always greeted with a smile when I come through the lobby. The lady who works nights watches out for me when I take my dog...

"The staff were very attentive and the entire place was very clean. The location allowed us to walk everywhere we wanted to go and there is a grocery store across the street. The shower was the best of any hotel I've stayed in as the shower head was high enough I didn't need to duck to get under it(6'4) and the water pressure was amazing!"

"The staff were very friendly and helpful during our stay. However, we were told that we could be moved to a mountain view room the next day and that someone would contact us, but we never received any follow-up or room change notification. It was a little disappointing, although overall it was still okay.
The elevator was also out of service during our stay, and at one point we had to use the service/freight elevator, which was inconvenient.

"There was a massive construction/remodel effort underway that was not mentioned on the website. Guest elevators were unavailable and all guests had to take staff elevators.
