"TV didn’t work in room and odor in room was terrible."

"Staff, breakfast, cleanliness are all great. I’ve stayed multiple times in several different rooms. My only complaint are the mattresses are not comfortable. I have back issues and need a firm mattress and every bed I’ve slept on seems like they are old and broken down."

"The room was clean , bed was comfy. Nice bathroom and shower. We did not use the pool but it appeared nice and well kept. Hot tub was under construction on our visit this time. Staff was helpful and available. Did not have breakfast so I can not comment. Only had coffee and it was good. Surrounding area very nice with restaurants and stores close by. Will stay again when in the area."

"Good: updated facility that was relatively clean except for old carpet and materials being removed. It is a good location and in a quiet area. Bad: We specifically chose this facility because they offered breakfast. The breakfast area was not attended two both mornings we wanted to eat there. On the first morning we had to ask someone to check the food as some items were out such as cooked eggs. We then had to wait 20 minutes for them to be placed in the buffet. "microwave on level 3 room was not working; the lights were not able to turn on the ones by the side of the bed. It was a little dirty but other than that it was a decent stay. "

"We really missed having a coffee maker in the room. And breakfast was okay. If there is any way to get ALL hotels and motels to use a decent grade of facial tissues and toilet paper it would be awesome. The Interstate rest areas use a better grade in most cases. This is a very European feeling lodging, which is good if what you want is a great bed, good climate control in the rooms, and a gym."
