"Our pillows were gross, the beds were uncomfortable and old. We brought the pillows to front desk to show, the didn't compensate us for the nasty pillows, we were told by the manager they were going to compasate us 50000 points that we never received."

"Booked the trip months in advance, paying almost $200 a night. Then the trip came and my step dad found rates at only $100 a night on their website. The room was clean and nice for 2 queen beds, my only complaint about the room was that there was NO microwave. We later found a community one behind the check-in desk at the lobby. It was just very inconvenient since we needed it at least twice a day. Plus, the pool and hot tub were in a completely different building, across the parking lot. But the staff was nice. The hot tub was fairly clean and the beds were comfortable. Being a Spa, I thought that we would get massages or maybe facials. A 1 hour massage was $175. Way too expensive for me. We would have been better off going to a nice hotel vs the fancy spa."

"Hotel was clean, staff was friendly, room looked like the floors were updated but the rest of the room could use updated with furniture and paint but the bed was really comfortable and the location is great"
