"What a nice place to stay while visiting family in town! Breakfast was included in the stay. We were served something different everyday. Very nice! Everyone of the staff was pleasant."

"The staff was helpful. Enjoyed the hot tub but only one jet working. The room had an unpleasant smell and the remote didnt work but the staff got me a new one and I was able to have a late checkout with no charge. Breakfast was ok"

"This hotel ended up charging me 3 times the total cost. I am in a credit card dispute because the property manager refused to work with me and dismiss the fraudulent charges. Originally, I was charged 4 times the total cost and only one fraudulent charge was returned. I went to the staff every morning that I was there and they assured me the charges would "fall off" because they were initially "pending." The charges did not "fall off" and it has required me to go through a lengthy process to get...

"The pool’s heater was not working and they had no hot tub so that took 1 star away. It was the main reason we stayed here. Unfortunately my reservation was nonrefundable so we had no choice but to stay there. But addition, the dog area had sprinklers going every morning 5:45-6:30 when we went. Our only option was to walk a few blocks away to a dry, stickery field. The buffet supplies were no maintained so by 8am there were no forks or fruit. The hotel was quiet and very well maintained though."

"The rooms were clean but dark inside. Could have used brighter lamps or any overhead light in the main area of the room. The rooms seem a little worn and not that inviting. The price was appropriate for what was offered, and the view of the foothills was very nice. The room and surrounding areas were very quiet so it was easy to rest and sleep comfortably. The staff was nice but abrupt. I would stay there again. Thank you!"
