Hotel murah di Genovar

"Very dirty bad smell throught hotel.Mold in places bed was clean which was a plus but not worth 200 for 2 nights at all.Please hire people who know how to deep clean!!"

"The room was neat and clean. The location was the best thing because it was near everything. The staff were not the friendliest and acted like you were bothering them. There was a young lady who was kind of rude and condescending. I was able to relax but probably won’t go there again because they lack manners and good customer service."

"Upon arrival the check in proceeds was seamless , however the elevator was inoperable, all the vending machines except the one one in the lobby was working. I asked that I not be disturbed on Thursday ( I was staying from Wednesday-Sunday) only bc I was working they took that as no house keeping services the entire time, but this could be chalked up to miscommunication. "it was in an ideal location for the Colosseum and the staff was exceptional. Plenty of nice restaurants and shopping around it which made the stay very pleasant. Breakfast was very nice. Nothing special about it, except the hot cinnamon buns, delicious."

"The European tapestries and decor was unique and the overall experience was excellent. I requested a champagne bottle be left in the room before I arrived and the staff had it ready! Great experience and I’ll be coming back."

"This trip was a disaster. The hotel room had black mold in the closet and on the bathroom ceiling. We didn't notice until we had had spent several nights there. That was the worse part. The breakfast was terrible. The first morning there weren't enough plates and utensils. There was NO fruit at all and this wasn't late in the morning. No pancake mix, a few pieces of bread, no bagels and there was no restocking of the hot bar. They had fruit the next day, but it was not restocked the day after....

"The bed was very uncomfortable coming from New York to Virginia I expected the bed to be comfortable but other than that everything was amazing"

"This was by far the most disgusting hotel I have ever stayed in. Floor was dirty, filled with bugs, lint, and dust. The entire area wreaked of weed. The bed couldn't have been more uncomfortable if it tried. The walls had marks/holes in them, it wasn't even decently painted. I was required to checkout early because I could not stand one more second of being in that room."

"Very close to Water Country and just a few miles from BG. The linens were not the cleanest so we asked to clean ALL of our linens the second night. There were still “questionable” stains. The mattress pad had blood or something on it and it was still there even after we asked to clean it. Very stingy with linens and soaps too. Had to ask for more each night. Shower leaked into the floor because of a gap in the bottom of the door. Overall it was a fair stay. Beds were cozy."
