"We loved our stay at the resort. We stayed in Las Villas which I would highly recommend. Great for peace and quiet, but can also enjoy the rest the resort has to offer. Lots of good restaurants and bars with some good entertainment. We weren’t a fan of the beach, but personal preference we enjoyed the resort pools much more. "

However, the kids club could definitely be improved — it wasn’t very engaging — and the cleanliness of the rooms wasn’t quite up to 5-star standard. While the charm is there, the hotel is starting to show its age and could benefit from a renovation soon. Still, a solid option for a sunny escape in Tenerife."

"We had a wonderful week at this hotel that opened earlier this year. We stayed in a Junior suite sea view room (115) with a swim up pool. The room was spacious and our terrace had full sun all day. The staff are all amazing and so attentive We ate in Bonfire restaurant which was 10/10 I cannot fault this hotel - It is a little way out of La Caleta.
