"There was no toilet tissue in the room. Not enough towels in the room. AC was very noisy. Staff did not help to change the room with less noisy room with excuse that I have booked hotel through Expedia so ha can help any thing. Indont know how Expedia gets 8.8 reviews for this hotel."

"Clean room"

"The hotel is extremely clean and new looking. The rooms are maybe a little bit smaller than I would like. Breakfast was good and extremely clean breakfast room. The only thing I didn’t like was that there are water restrictions and the shower was not as much force as I would have liked. But I still would say there again."

"Nice place, but a little outdated. Water pressure is almost nonexistent. Had to take a cold shower because it didn't get hot. The shower space is so small that the curtain was touching my skin. Ewwww."

"Nos quedamos 4 personas de familia, nos gustó el servicio y la amabilidad del personal, desde la recepción hasta la cocina. Las habitaciones limpias aunque la alfombra y la tina se ven gastadas. Hay un frigobar pequeño y un microondas Los alimentos son buenos, especialmente el desayuno. En la tarde de 5:30 a 7:30 Pm ponen snacks como hotdogs, pulled pork, palomitas y bebidas. Lo recomiendo"

"I asked for a bottom floor room for my pregnant daughter. For one she is pregnant and did not want to be in an elevator because of it, and two, she’s just afraid of elevators, and so am I. We were refused and put on a 3rd floor room instead. Only one elevator was working. When we were in the 3rd floor we saw why. From the 3rd floor, the other elevator was partially open and you could see the floor of the elevator about a foot higher than the level. The metal around the door was all bent. ...
