"Our car got damaged in the parking lot at this hotel and the staff people gave us conflicting stories of what happened to our vehicle through the video. We paid 500$ for repair. Staff acts like they are being useful here but are not even helpful. Communication is poor."

"This property is run down. The elevator seems to be borrowed from the tower of terror. The rooms are old, musty and the bathrooms are from another era. The towels were torn. This was a real bad experience."

"We loved our stay here. The hotel is conveniently located by the highway and around many restaurants and shopping, there is a CVS at walking distance. The rooms were clean and staff is very helpful and friendly. When we checked in almost at 11pm, we had an issue with the room and the frost desk staff helped us to switch rooms immediately. She was warm and very welcoming. Truly appreciated that! The breakfast was reasonable and many options to choose from. I will definitely stay here again....
