"The building itself is old. You can tell they’ve tried to keep up with maintenance. Our bedroom and bathroom had hair on the floor from previous guests. The pillows on the bed definitely need to be updated. I felt safe and comfortable. All I can say it was OK just for the one night as we were passing through the area."

"We arrived last night at around 8 seemed ok then this morning we woke up to our room with 1 in of water on the floor, mind you we were on the 3rd floor. Front desk told us to call customer service. In all my years of renting hotels this has to be the worst experience I have ever experienced. Im calling customer service foe a refund. This was unacceptable at all levels."

"Hello 👋, We stayed May 29th May 30th we had a two and half Hour drive to Katy Mills TX. Check in was easy the deal we originally had was I believe for 1 room 2 queens around $200.00 ish dollars when we got there I asked what floor we were on she said the 4th floor so with Expedia deals sometimes you get the higher level if floors 3rd or 4th floor I was not pleased with that since we just drive 2 1/2 hours from San Antonio Tx the kids were ready to play and so I asked if we had a lower floor...

"There was hair in the sink, toilet and on the floor. Restroom was dirty. Also not enough body wash"

"La propiedad está muy buena, pero NO hay servicios. Las toallas y papel higiénico hay que buscarlo al counter. La ropa de cama ni la habitación fue limpiada en ningún momento durante los 6 seis días de nuestra estadía. Se requirió servicio y NADA! Es una pena pues el lugar está muy bueno y céntrica, pero el servicio CERO!!!"
