"The staff at the front desk was very helpful. The room was very clean. The bed was super comfortable!"

"Our car got damaged in the parking lot at this hotel and the staff people gave us conflicting stories of what happened to our vehicle through the video. We paid 500$ for repair. Staff acts like they are being useful here but are not even helpful. Communication is poor."

"We loved our stay here. The hotel is conveniently located by the highway and around many restaurants and shopping, there is a CVS at walking distance. The rooms were clean and staff is very helpful and friendly. When we checked in almost at 11pm, we had an issue with the room and the frost desk staff helped us to switch rooms immediately. She was warm and very welcoming. Truly appreciated that! The breakfast was reasonable and many options to choose from. I will definitely stay here again....

"The property was cleared, and it was the ideal location for me. Breakfast was okay. The check in staff was helpful and pleasant. But I reserved a King bed room, but when I checked in they didn’t have any King bed rooms available. I did check in late but I called the property to see if it was okay and he asked what time was I going to get there. I told him 10-10:30pm. I thought since he asked my arrival time I would be fine, like he said I would. They did get me a king bed room the next day. Also...

"Nice hotel in the same parking lot as a coffee shop and numerous food places. The only issue is the window, there is no second curtain so you’ll have to leave it closed or people can see right thru. Breakfast was muffins and coffee"

"The room was Ok, in the restroom there were holes in the wall between the shower and the door, the toilet paper holder was broken, there were little roaches crawling around in the restroom, there was no water pressure in the shower. The door trim in the restroom was dirty, there were paint stains on the wall in the restroom behind the door."

"Everthing was wonderful. Excellent courtesy breakfast. Towels by the pool, safe parking lot. Located near where we wanted to be. The staff was, without exception, patient, efficient, well informed and truly pleasant and friendly. Kitchen well equipped. we had small children and having a kitchen and a pool is important to us."

"We can always rely on a comfortable stay at Best Western. Kentucky, Tennessee and Houston have all been great on our road trip. Clean rooms, good breakfast and safe parking. The people working there have always been so nice and professional."
