"Very cute place, loved the coffee room"

"Staff is very friendly and helpful. Property is well kept but parking is insufficient to handle the number of guests' vehicles. Breakfast is continental but is complete enough to be a good full breakfast. We wish the bedroom had a door on it for privacy from the other living/sleeping area. We hear all the suites on site are that way."

"Room was very clean and the staff was quite responsive to our questions/needs. It's an older, nostalgic, roadside inn. The motel does show it's age but served our needs for a close room to sleep in near an event we participated in. New owners are doing some work to fix it up. "

"Excellent one night stay at the BW Boutique Hotel in the Amelia room. We had the house to ourselves and enjoyed the spacious living areas and very well equipped kitchen. Definitely would stay there again!"

We were well aware that this was inside of the typical timeframe where adjustments to our stay could be made, but the experience we had made us feel undervalued and ignored. There was a complete failure by the host to respond to any form of communication, including multiple phone calls/messages, texts and emails. What if we had been on site, dealing with an issue in our room/unit? The total...
