While we do carry out work whenever necessary to ensure that our rooms and overall facilities are up to date, we have noted your feedback. I apologize that our ongoing elevator upgrading project resulted in longer wait times and ultimately detracted from your experience with us. We have opened up two of our service elevators to our guests, in addition to the two out of three guest elevators that are still functional. We therefore now have 4 elevators ready to service our guests during peak times and reduce the wait time. We do hope to be able to welcome you back for a more pleasant stay in the future.
