Tired to walking to anywhere to loking for foods
Very far from any nice & cheap food,must walking very far. In bedroom they just give 2 very small soap,actually we had order for 4 adults with different price with 3 persons,but we have no soap for each persons,room never clean up even we stay 3 nights in that room.The bed not enough for 2 persons in a bed,they just give 2 bed for 4 adults.The staff not friendly. Its very bad experience to stay in Grand Inn Macalister road. The Hotel's management must be work hard to get more customer,Grand Inn must get good name to Upgrade all the hotels.

Dear S, Thank you for your feedback and we truly appreciate your comments. However, we are upset because the validity of these comments can be questioned. Have you approach our Front Desk Counter which is available 24/7 to compensate for the shortage of items you mentioned? We will assist you on this matter if the matter was brought to our attention during your stay here. We have reserved the room as per your bookings. Our two persons room only can accommodate two persons comfortably and four person room can accommodate four person (adult) comfortably. Our description of the rooms and pictures provided in the website is clear and if you are not sure, have you called us beforehand to enquire about this matters? We are very sure our rooms were meant for designated number of peoples as advertised in our website. Staying more than intended number of persons will be uncomfortable. In addition, room cleaning was done on daily basis and we are puzzled that for 3 nights your room was not made up, you have never mention to us regarding this. However, if you have put on a DO NOT DISTURB sign on the door, our Housekeeping Staff will respect your privacy and would not enter the room even for cleaning. We look forward for clarification on this matter. We are truly upset when our staff has been rude to the guest and have made your stay an unpleasant one which behaviour is unacceptable. Have you approached our higher ranking officer to address this issue? If you had, we would have made an immediate resolution to solve these matters. It is true that we work hard to get more customers, however, we also need the feedback from the customers - preferably before check-out - in order for us to improve our services, staff and shortcomings that guest encountered during their stay here. We look forward for an amicable solution for this matters. Do contact us.

Proses check in lumayan cepat, staf fast respon, komunikatif. Tapi ada sedikit kekurangan, pada saat check out deposit kita dipotong lagi RM2/malam/kamar deng5an alasan untuk pembayaran GST (pajak negara). Aneh ya padahal di billing tagihan hotel.com sudah tertera pajak yg sudah kita bayarkan.

Hotel mudah dijangkau, gampang parkir kalau bawa mobil, ada kamar bisa tidur sekeluarga 4 orang dengan harga murah, wifi kencang di lobby tetapi di kamar susah signal, pelayanan ramah . Terimakasih

Pengalaman saya menginap di hotel ini cukup bagus. Posisi hotel pas terletak di depan rumah sakit loh guan lye. Kamar dengan tarif lumayan murah saya rasa cukup nyaman, hanya saja air cond nya perlu di maintenance.

Cheap but not supportive for transportation
Luckily, we only stay one night in this hotel. Evening reception staff has good hospitality skill while morning reception staff is truly very rude. We pay hotel for breakfast and it's truly a surprising breakfast we have. They only provide tea, coffee, orange juice and bread with jam or butter for breakfast. Hotel is also quiet far from Komtar. There is bus sending us to Komtar, but no bus will send us back to hotel. So we need to walk along jalan macalister to go back to hotel. Hotel is quiet clean but we didn't have comfortable sleep due to a hard bed they have.

This is a 2-star hotel; we got what we paid for, however, they use their sister facility's advertising material (which is far superior) - so it feels like you're cheated a little. The staff was very helpful, professional, and accommodating - something you'd expect from a 4-star hotel.

The hotel location is good. Lots of street food and restaurant within walking distance. Hotel is clean, staff is friendly. Value for money. Only setback is sound proof is not there, can hear people talk at corridor.

Good value for money. Not expecting anything fancy for that price. The bathroom/toilet/wash basin was a bit rundown with patches of repair not done properly.
