Fine Hotel, partial sea view
Partial sea view for superior room, the food was okay. We have to walk quite a bit to get into the hotel from the bus stop, so it will be quite difficult to carry your bags if you're using bus for a ride from the airport.

Hotel management saving everything
When I arrive in the hotel at 10.00 pm, the lobby hotel is very hot and dark. They said they set up the temperature very low. I thank they do it saving. But really uncomfortable. And when I get in the room. No tootbrush, No slippers. And the breakfast really boring and the taste is bad

クーラーの排出口あたりの振動音がひどくて、一晩中気になって寝れなかった。チェックアウト時にフロントに伝えたが、どうされるか？また、タオル類が白のタオルだが、くすんでいるので、使わなかった。

Need a bit improvement
Nice room, clean but: 1. Water from the hot shower is not hot at all 2. Safety box keep on beeping 3. I heard a loud sound like 'a big thing' fall on the ceiling every 3-5min.. Annoyed breakfast is superb! Variety of choices! Nice view from balcony..facing sunrise

This the worst most dirty hotel. We told the staff how dirty the room was and they did not even care. The breakfast was a joke don’t even have eggs. The safe did not work we asked for it to be fixed and they did not. To hotel smelled of natural gas. The sheets and curtains stained. The bathroom full of black mold.and I want Hotels.com refund my money

Safe deposit box giving out disturbing sound ntermittently thus unable to sleep soundly. The sound caused disturbances to my sleep and did not have a good sleep.

Next to the sea.
A quick one night stay before attending office event. Taken the family room. Everything was good except for the water heater not working. We need to take cold shower at 5am the following day. Water bottle was also not provided in the room. Other than these 2, it should have been perfect.

Dont eat breakfast here! Old hotel.
Dont eat breakfast here!!!!!! Donsnt worth ur money to buy breakfast here. Theres a food courtwoth tasty food just across the street. Hotel it self is lacated by the beach and need to be renovate since all of the facilities are too old.

Facilities was good if working properly.
Toilet is not working properly,basic channel on the TV was not fully available. Staircase behind swimming pool was damaged, so it's hard go to beach behind this hotel.

NIce location hotel
Quiet but the holiday period made it noisy. Nice to stay again but at other times. Breakfast nothing to mention about, just basic bread butter jam & a hot drink! Better breakfast a stone's throw away - malay, indian, chinese.

The room foor is dirty, one of the romm air condition not working prpperly and the other room shower not working properly as well. After complaining to the front desk, no action was taken.

The room we stayed was nice n clean. We requested for twin beds. The check in process didnt take long. The staff at the counter were friendly and professional. The room was nice n comfy. We didnt ask for the room with a view..so there was no need to peak out through the glass door. The pool is okay; good size and there is a pool for kiddie too. Unfortunately, the person inchrge of giving out towels was not always there. Most of the time he was not at his counter. Cleanline ...outside of tel was okar.

Sy booking n dh byr spnuhnya bilik utk king bed.sy lwt checkin sbb ada mslh dlm perjlnan dr kl ke penang. Dgn jrkpjlnan km skluarga letih penat. Jam 6pg tiba kt hotel ble staff tu ckp yg bilik tu dh cancel. Dahla sombong. Sy tnyala knp cancel? Sedangkn xda sapapun inform sy tlbih dhulu & sy pun xda pun cancel sdgkn sy dh byr & wktu checkout pun pkul 12.sy skuarga cuma nk bilik yg d tmph tu je utk bersihkn diri sblum solat subuh,nk rhat jp sblumke mjlis kahwin. Dgn muka yg bengang marah staff tu ble bg km bilik yg 2 ktil bujang tu pun dh naik bilik baru tahu.sy ok je tp cara tu yg buat sy sbgai plgan mmg xbpa puasht la. So patut ke sy skuarga dlyan mcmtu.. Km dh booking n byr spnuhnya tau..?? Klu pihak hotel call tnya n mklum kata cancel okla.. Ini xda pun.. Suka hati je cancel.. Only hotel reception is good. Pool is ok and near the sea. But the hotel rooms are really small. The wooden flooring is quite bad. Basic amenities like hot water , wifi is not available .

Bathroom seater is the same since 2008. Not so clean . Pls upgrate. Breakfast varities is not much. View is beautiful. Seaview .pool is ok..room was very spacious for the triple .chinese foodcourt is just walking distance .1 min . From the hotel.
