"One of the best hotels - if not the actual best in Malaysia: everything was seamless and exceptional from the welcome to the food to the check out, congratulations to the entire team (front office, back office and housekeeping) for what they do day in day out! A stand out food wise in Penang is the restaurant Lili - exceptional chef, talent to watch!"

"Everything was clean throighoit the whole hotel. Premium quality finish on Premier room. Pool/bar area was a nice place to chill with a good city view. Gym was good, could just do with with a few more weight machines in my opinion. All staff very friendly ๐"

"It was a wonderful experience we stayed in OZO . The bed is super comfy and we have a really good sleep . The stuff was super nice and super helpful . And love the parking system with lift . We donโt have to drive all the way up to the multilevel parking . Simply drive your car into the lift and it will bring you to the parking lot . It was an easy and quick parking system . Well done ๐ Dont worry the Ozo stuff will be there to assist you . Would love to come back again ๐๐ From. Jim & Jasica"
