"The place is seriously dated and in need of upgrades. My curtains were torn and unusable and with the sun beating in on one of those 100 degree days I was nonplussed. A quick discussion with the very accommodating desk clerk had the curtain “fixed” in no time (still needed replacement because it now couldn’t be opened - Lol.) Needed to find a plug and looked behind the nightstand - quite dusty. Breakfast was pretty ok. Staff who checked me out was quite personable. So 10 for the staff,...

"The property is a little older and could benefit from a good deep cleaning of carpets and upholstery, but the bed and bathroom were clean and the staff were great. Considering the price of other accomodations in the area it's an excellent value for the money if you're just looking for a clean place to sleep."

"Reserved a room with a microwave so I could heat up a therapy device needed due to my severe pain and disability. No microwave in my room And when I asked the evening clerk he offered no help at all and suggested i walk to the Lobby throughout the night to use the Break fast room microwave. Said they could not bring one to my room. This made for a very turbulent night for me with very disturbed sleep due to relentes pain ."

"Room smell, musty and maybe a dog peed in the room previously we didn’t have to switch rooms. They did switch our room that room also did smell slightly and there was really no AC in the hallways. It was about 100° that day so as soon as you stepped out of your bed, your door it was just stifling hot."

"Terrible !!! Dirty not clean the owner was rude and didn’t care about the conditions of the room. I asked for partial refund and was denied. Rat poop in the heaters. Dog hair in tubs dead bugs. Body fluids everywhere! Also drug dealers outside with guns. The owner still didn’t care what they were doing. Don’t go to this place it should be shut down !"

"Turkey bacon is not bacon, the only thing that was wrong with the stay. I am not sure if this was normal, but please use real bacon, otherwise Home 2 is definitely in my top 5 places to stay. Fireplace was an amazing touch."

"Overall, the room was rundown and dirty. The showerhead had mold on it. The deadbolt lock on the door did not work and the bed was uncomfortable. It seemed that there hadn't been any renovations in quite a while. I travel to this area frequently and will not stay here again."

"The bathroom smelled like mildew and the washcloths looked too brown instead of white like they should. The room was small compared to other Extended Stays I have stayed with and there was no coffee maker in the room at all. "

"The staff was very, very friendly!! Our room was clean when we arrived. The whole hotel was clean and smelled fresh. Breakfast was good. There were the basics, cereal, bagels, toast, yogurt; there was also a waffle makes and breakfast sandwiches. The staff did a great job keeping the breakfast area stocked. We enjoyed our stay."

"I stayed for 2 days. My first issue was the pool. The water was not clear at all. It was very cloudy and it was not due to oxygen. I needed a wristband to swim because random people who are not staying there like to swim there. My next issue was how lot my neighbors were. It sounded like they had 20 people were in one room like it was a family gathering. My other neighbor was smoking cigarettes. With both of these things going on, none of the hotel staff responded to my complaints. The curtains...
