"Lovely guest house meant for groups and families. Rooms were scrupulously clean and so were communal areas. There is a kitchen and laundry (washer) facilities available. The location was ideal and within easy walking distance of most things in central Batumi including the beach, promenade and the historic center. "Beautiful Georgian home run by Anna who also works at the Stalin Museum. Thế room was large, one of 3 upstairs. Large living room and kitchen and shared bathroom. Home made breakfast was included; we ate family style with all guests at a large table. Delicious and fun. HIGHLY RECOMMEND "
