"Very nice hotel! Bar and dining room were excellent. Room was clean and bed was comfortable but AC was very weak, never got below 75 in the room. The balcony sliding door was very hard to open and close. Bartender at pool was very nice."
"I enjoyed stay. Perfect location. Staff were mostly nice. Elevator was down sometimes but it wasnt too much of an inconvenience. Dad loved the patio area where he could smoke. They do charge a nightly fee for being un a historic district but they give you tokens for drinks so at least you get something for the 25 dollar a night fee that you can actually use. Negatives- The gym is secluded, I did not like that. The nightly aforementioned fee. The beds were too soft for my liking. A luttle noisy at night but they cannot control the outside vehicles. Loved the complilentary bottled waters, fruit and coffee station. No complimentary breakfast, but they had the fruit and coffee mentioned previously. Overall. I would stay again. I did not park, so I cannot comment on parking or the restaurant."
"This hotel is under renovation and it seems like it will be incredible when it’s done. The pool area and outdoors is already gorgeous.
There’s a huge breakfast area with hot breakfast including a custom made omelette station. The omelette took a while since there was a wait list but so much better than a basic free breakfast. Eggs and sausages were also good, plus all the typical options.
The rooms were spacious and well lit. Reading lights over the bed were a nice touch.
The toilet seat was loose though, and the room was showing some wear. Not bad but once everything is fully re done it’s going to be a very nice hotel and the location off I 95 is perfect for a pit stop or a longer stay.
It’s a short drive to the Savannah Riverwalk and right near a Tanger outlet and other stores for anything a tired traveler might forget.
In all, perfect for an overnight pitstop on I 95 or a longer stay."
"This was my 2nd time staying at this property by choice for work and I love it. It’s so unique and a wonderful property. Well worth the cost. Room was very nice and comfortable with a luxurious bathroom. The front office staff were kind and let me send a couple of documents to them to print. I just wish I had had more time to stay there and explore Savannah."
"We stayed there for a dance competition that was at the convention center so the ferry service was convenient and the location was great because we could just hop on the boat and go across the river. I felt the beds were comfortable and the staff was nice great options for food and their little passport bookmark thing that enables you to get free drinks, free coffee, etc. was a nice bonus."
"Great hotel overall, nice to have feery service but don't expect a good pool! And have to pay for parking 44 bucks per night seems like much when u r paying what u r paying"
