"Very clean, easy parking, nice neighborhood. Grocery store nearby, 25 min drive to downtown Savannah. Can be tough to find, can’t see the house number from the street so look for sign for the correct parking lot and need to walk between the houses to find the right one. Need to furnish your own dishwasher and laundry soap. "

"We had a wonderful stay! The house was clean, on a quiet street, had plenty of room, and a nicely stocked kitchen. We love to cook on vacation so it was perfect. The location also was perfect. About 10 minutes from downtown, a quick ride to Tybee island, and a convenient Walmart and Publix right down the road. The neighbors we met were also really nice. We would definitely stay there again when we go back to Savannah. Many thanks to our hosts!"

"We had a hard time checking in. The code they gave us did not work. We contacted them and they gave us a different code….that also didn’t work. The cleaning staff was there and saw that we were having trouble, so they helped us contact the property manager, which was very nice of them as they didn’t have to. After 30 minutes of trying to get in our room while trying to not piss my pants, I was finally given an “emergency code” that let us in the room. Between that bad check in experience, and...

"We got upgraded to a beautiful 2 bedroom loft suite and it’s superb!! The baristas at lil James were amazing!! Highly recommend and will stay again!!"

"The place is wonderful, we had a great time, spotless, well equipped. We park our car for the weekend and walk to all the attractions and restaurants. Walking noise from the apartment above is the one and only thing that keeps it from being perfect. We felt safe walking back to it from our night time ghost tour. Overall a great stay."

"Excellent location. Within walking distance to most sites in the historic district and seldom had to use our car. Free, gated, onsite parking during the stay saved an additional $50/day. Well equipped kitchen, full sized refrigerator and ample seating appreciated."

"Comfortable beds with beautiful view. Somewhat basic, no bathmats, one towel per person, kitchen table dirty No oven mitts, kitchen towels or way to clean pots and pans. Make sure you bring your own. Out of date tvs and love seat cushions coming apart A/c worked great its a good unit for larger groups. deck seats comfortable."

"Poor water flow upstairs, downstairs toilet wasn’t working great. washing machine leaked (think the seal is worn on it) and filters for ac where not the greatest for air flow (my husband changed the one upstairs) and garbage around outside smelled really bad, but with the heat I know that doesn’t help. Overall we had a great experience and we would stay there again. "
