"Customer service was excellent; the hotel was clean; the river view was perfect; ready access to everything; the room was surprisingly spacious, and I couldn't hear any neighbors. The bed was a little firm, and the balcony door did not have a true blackout capability, but overall I would return. "

"The day man at the front desk, I don't remember his name, was very friendly and gave us advice on things to do in Savannah. We asked for a handicap shower seat, I am a below knee amputee, I don't believe they had one. He somehow pulled it off and delivered it to our room. Amazing cutomer service, thank you!!!!"
