"I checked in around 9pm after driving 6 hours. I run to the store, come back and the room is atrocious. Stains on both comforters, stains on the pillow cases, stains on the desk chair. Rusted metal lamps, dirty food stain on bed rails. Smelled like cigars. Went to the front desk, they smiled in my face and said your past an hour of check-in and they cant do anything. Immediately left and Expedia took care of it. There are other hotels nearby"
