However, buy a carpet cleaner for the lobby, update the weird quasi-Graceland/mountain chalet theme (again, lobby), and fix the elevator. It jerks and drops and shutters like crazy."

"Everything about this place was disappointing for what I paid for one night stay, the approach to the lobby entrance had trash all over , people in groups out in the parking area where drinking alcohol, the lobby floor hadn’t been cleaned the room carpet had stains the bathtub had noticeable dirt ring on it and the most disappointing thing stains on the bedsheets and bathroom towels. NEVER AGAIN will I stay there ☹️😡"

"At check-in there was a dead roach in our room. Also there was some brown substance look like it could have been coffee wasted by the side table by the bed. The tub had peeling paint. The elevator were not working, and the hallways were hot. There was no compensation for any of these problems."
