"I was charged twice and can’t get ahold of a person to refund and my grandson found someone’s dirty socks in the bed. So which tells me the sheets were never changed"

"The bed was worn out an sqeaky, a misty scent gripplef my nose upon entering the room, and it never left. Plus someone kept knocking on my door for the sale of candy.....crazy."

"When we first arrived we were directed to a room that had not been cleaned. Front desk was very helpful and solved problem right away- she said the housekeeping was bad and they lie about rooms which was a bit off putting. Overall great stay and would book again."

"We do not recommend anyone to stay at this hotel for the following reasons: -We advised the hotel the night before that we needed to give them a different credit card because the first one would decline. The clerk said this was not necessary. The next day our reservation was cancelled. our conversation was not recorded in their system. We found out when we got to the hotel. -The ice machines did not work. - our rooms were not cleaned while we were there. -Breakfast was not good. -We were not...

"We were traveling while on the road and hotel options were limited. We were missing items in our room which I get happens. The hardest part for us was the weekend breakfast hours don’t start until 7am which just felt late and the breakfast wasn’t great. They also have no high chairs or water fountains."

"We were in town for our daughter’s college graduation. We were able to check in early. That was great for my daughter to get ready for the graduation. The staff was so nice and helpful. The room was clean and looked new. We loved it. It was convenient t to the Blue Cross Arena, the venue for the graduation. I am handicap. There was ample parking for us. I would stay here again. I recommend it for the location, cleanliness and the wi derful staff. Thank you. Eugenia."

"The location was 20 minutes away from most major highways and tourists sights. The room was clean and the staff was helpful, considerate and patience. Breakfast area provided offered hot & cold nutriental meals and free coffee at night made the stay a delight."
