"Gave a mediocre review because at check-in, she asked if I wanted to upgrade to a better room by a better pool. I said yes, she swiped my card and then she didn't have anything to upgrade me to. She said we weren't able to check in until 4 so I asked if there was a place to change freshen up and if she could store some yogurt we just bought at the store. She said yes and when I came back to give her the yogurt, she said that we could check in. Super confusing! Non-upgraded room was kinda dated. No pool towels in the room as promised, took about an hour for someone to bring ice up to the room (no ice trays in the freezer) and no spare blankets for the pull out couch (but the comforter bag was there and empty). Pizza place off the lobby wouldn't give me a cup of ice, so I had to ask for it in my hand. She finally relented and gave me a cup. Housekeeping knocked on the door during our third day just to take the garbage. My friend asked for extra towels, gave her $10 and never saw her again. Booked during spring break (my fault) so tons of kids. Can't do anything about 4 straight days of rain. Not sure why we didn't go to Miami instead. "
