"I booked this hotel based on shuttle to and from the Disney parks. I call after next morning when we’re on the way to make sure of this service as well as a few other things. We asked what times that the shuttle service runs and their response was twice a day in just the morning and now I have to drive to the park and pay $35 on top of now the nonsense parking fee to stay at this hotel is ridiculous as well!! I couldn’t cancel the reservation due to being that day without losing all my money....

"Usually we have always done westgate for our family stays. What I liked about aqua sol was the deluxe room was larger with full kitchen and balcony. What I didn’t like was it only has 3pools During our stay we heard a lot people complain that they kept telling people to get out the pool due to lightening in the area.
