"I think the parking is ridiculous especially since I am handicapped and had to walk far or had trouble finding a place to park. I think all properties should have a spot for their room. Also the fact that our door was never fixed from the time we checked in till the day we left which made me not feel safe."

"Zero complaints. The condo was far beyond my expectations. It was spotless and had all needed essentials. The resort itself was beautiful and the water park was excellent and never crowded or loud. Entire resort was very clean. The pools were huge and free of any trash, extremely clean. Seriously have zero complaints. Absolutely will be back."

"This is one of our favorite properties and it did not disappoint. The check in process (Deborah) was less than enthused about being there and it showed. Could use a little help in customer service."

"It was nice to have a private home & pool. But 1 particular bed (in master bedroom) wobbled (almost like about to break), squeaky and too hard. The breakfast included was a MUST and dealbreaker, & we were so disappointed to see cheap quality eggs (if it were even real eggs), nasty plastic tasting & looking “sausage” and a loaf of bread to toast on your own. The coffee was not good and only other drink was orange juice. Lastly, workers seemed too young, immature and not professional at all. "
