"The entire house was nice but what I didn’t like is that it didn’t say anything about a shared bathroom only says shared kitchen. The only thing private you have is the room. The parking is not reserved as they say, it’s a first come first serve basis and on the weekends when it’s busy your guaranteed to have no choice but to wait til midnight when they start to tow cars that didn’t have permits. We actually had a long trip and came back at 9:30pm but had to sit outside and wait til midnight. When I called them about parking all I pretty much got was the run around and finally for him to pretty much say oh well figure it out on your own. Can’t say it’s guaranteed parking if it’s really not. I didn’t like that communication was not up to par, after checking in and driving to the house, I got an email that they changed our room which I was ok with but what I wasn’t ok with was the amount of time it took for them to send me the right code to the room. I got about 4 different codes that did not work and was told to call support. The people we shared the space with were loud and dirty. They left garbage all over the floor and they pissed all over the toilet and floors, also left dirty sanitary napkins on top of the toilet until I brought it to their attention. We barely were in the house but I would’ve liked to have had a heads up that nothing is private besides the room. If it would’ve had a private bathroom I wouldn’t have mind staying there but it was a bit uncomfortable"

"Great design and layout of house. Easy access, well equipped kitchen, laundry and linens. Easy parking, comfortable bedding and sitting space. The air conditioning changed temperature settings at random. The cleaning service was upon request and pretty high US$147 (very quick- 1hr for all 4- Bedroom house). The gym had good equipment and was clean and stylish. Would like to stay again, "
