"I’ve always loved coming to this hotel for many years. However, a few months ago, they started having a lot of management issues, and the staff wasn't the best. Until last month, I loved the customer service of a new front desk staff member named Love, and yes, her name matches her lovely personality. She has truly been a great asset to the hotel because the manager they have, in my honest opinion, shouldn’t be a front desk manager; her attitude is not the best for customer service. At breakfast, I love the service of Patricia; she was super attentive and clearly shows she cares about guest service, and I really appreciate that. I hope that on my next visit, I can continue to see Love and Patricia, as they really make the hotel experience incredible."

"The room was clean and smelled amazing walking in. The views from the room were spectacular. The amount of room for the family was great. Access to a kitchen and laundry was perfect. The hallways were not fully painted and did not give a great first impression after exiting the elevator forte first time on our floor. This is of course when the elevator worked. Elevator was broken most of our stay and there are only 2 evaluators in the building we were staying. Each elevator is very far from the next. We had to climb stairs with children and luggage which was not ideal for a relaxing vacation. Staff was not aware of directions while navigating the building. We asked one staff for directions and the staff did not know English or Spanish which made communication difficult. Restaurant food was sub-par for the price. The pool was amazing! I did not want to leave the pool. Water was warm even after the rain. Pool areas were clean and quiet. Perfect to relax. Hotel was beautiful, peaceful and besides the broken elevator, amazing. Would stay here again! Hopefully the elevator works next time!"

"The hotel could use a bit of updating but most importantly it was CLEAN. The check in staff were very nice, they let us leave our bags since check in was hours away and we were there early. Also as 3 women traveling together for a girls trip we felt very safe in the area. Close to all the parks, very convenient."
