"I would have given this hotel 5 stars if it wasn’t for the fact that they only clean your room every 3 days. I have never stayed somewhere where you only get room service every 3 days. My room trash was piling up and I had to request for new towels even though it clearly states in the policy that you get new towels everyday and the trash gets taken out everyday. Also when I called the front desk to ask why our room didn’t get serviced and ask for new towels the man was extremely rude and nasty and hung up on me mid conversation. I went to the lobby and asked him if he had hung up on me and he said yes I did with no care in the world. I had never experienced such treatment like this before. Apart from that this hotel caters to kids they had so much to do to entertain the kids. While at breakfast they have cartoon characters come out and great the kids (like SpongeBob) my son loved it. If they updated their policy on room service I would for sure stay here again."
