The apartment floors were a little dirty and there really needed to be a fan in the 2nd bedroom. It was pretty stuffy in there with the thermometer limited to 72 at night. "We were very disappointed with this property. I asked to get hot tub and pool heated and i was willing to pay the $40 fee. I received no response from Expedia or the property manager until 2nd last day. I was trying everyday a few times a day. I finally got a response that the hot tub and pool heater were broken. If i knew this i wouldn't have booked this property. I had grandkids that would've loved to use this everyday. Also many things wrong in the house. Kitchen sink garberaror"

"I feel like the property is a hidden gem. My family enjoyed it. A bar on site would be nice for the adults. Everything was very clean. Only gripe was I called the front desk about 3 times for housekeeping items and they never got delivered. Communication aspect needs improvement but overall I was happy with my stay."

"Hotel was old and a bit rundown check-in process went smooth with front desk. Breakfast buffet was only average. It did have waffles but one of the waffle machine wasn’t working so it cost a great big back up with the breakfast crowd. There wasn’t much other breakfast food available to have coffee things like that so it was not a very good breakfast buffet maybe a five out of 10 room was OK hotel property outside was a little dilapidated. It did have a nice pool area with an outdoor hot tub unfortunately it was very cold so we didn’t have a chance to use that."
