"The maintenance man is why this has the higher rated stars. The first night, my room had ZERO air in late June. I was checked in by Security (she was nice). The second room the TV did not work. Maintenance to the rescue. Everything is plugged by a heavy duty extension cord. WiFi is horrible! The property is clean. I felt safe. But the front desk staff is not the stellar service I experienced staying here in 2024. BEWARE of the $150 deposit in addition to your room per booking. I needed to stay...

Temperatures reached 82 to 85 at night and the only solution the front desk could provide was fans. Gas grill did not work and was out of service.
